Letter of Recommendation Submission 

Instructions for Letters of Recommendations:

Submit your requests for letters of recommendation

1. The individuals and/or institutions should complete the form and upload the applicable letter and/or transcript and submit to Macedonia Baptist Church.

2. An acknowledgment of each submission will be provided by Macedonia Baptist Church to the third party and to the applicant.

3. Applicant should copy and share the link in the address bar and share with recommending individuals and/or institutions.
