Scripture
“Then Jesus came to them and said, “All authority in heaven and on earth has been given to me. Therefore go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, and teaching them to obey everything I have commanded you. And surely I am with you always, to the very end of the age.” Matthew‬ â€28‬:â€18‬-â€20‬ â€NIV‬‬

Purpose
The Christian Education Ministry (CEM) is given top priority at Macedonia Baptist Church to effectively carry out the mandate of God – “to go” and “make.” We are spiritually converted so that we can teach spiritual gifts, transform lives of believers, and continue making disciples for Christ. As we become more committed to and knowledgeable of Jesus Christ, we continue to work and transform lives from brokenness to wholeness in Him. By increasing our biblical understanding of the power and working of the Holy Spirit in our lives, we must continue to equip and prepare ourselves for spiritual warfare that the Apostle Paul promises will ensue. We must suit ourselves with the Whole Armor of God as noted in Ephesians 6:10-20. These verses instruct us to:
“Finally, be strong in the Lord and in his mighty power. Put on the full armor of God so that you can take your stand against the devil’s schemes. For our struggle is not against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the authorities, against the powers of this dark world and against the spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly realms. Therefore put on the full armor of God, so that when the day of evil comes, you may be able to stand your ground, and after you have done everything, to stand. Stand firm then with the belt of truth buckled around your waist, with the breastplate of righteousness in place, and with your feet fitted with the readiness that comes from the gospel of peace. In addition to all of this, take up the shield of faith, with which you can extinguish all the flaming arrows of the evil one. Take the helmet of salvation and the sword of the Spirit, which is the Word of God. And pray in the Spirit on all occasions with all kinds of prayers and requests. With this in mind, be alert and always keep on praying for all the saints. Pray also for me, that whenever I open my mouth, words may be given me so that I will fearlessly make known the mystery of the gospel, for which I am an ambassador in chains. Pray that I declare it fearlessly, as I should.”
Scripture
For I was hungry and you gave me something to eat, I was thirsty and you gave me something to drink, I was a stranger and you invited me in, I needed clothes and you clothed me, I was sick and you looked after me, I was in prison and you came to visit me ~ Matthew 25:35-36

Scriptures
Psalm 150
Praise God in his sanctuary; praise him in his mighty heavens.
Praise him for his acts of power; praise him for his surpassing greatness.
Praise him with the sounding of the trumpet, praise him with the harp and lyre,
praise him with timbrel and dancing, praise him with the strings and pipe,
praise him with the clash of cymbals, praise him with resounding cymbals. Let everything that has breath praise the Lord.

John 4:22-24
22 You Samaritans worship what you do not know; we worship what we do know, for salvation is from the Jews. 23 Yet a time is coming and has now come when the true worshipers will worship the Father in the Spirit and in truth, for they are the kind of worshipers the Father seeks. 24 God is spirit, and his worshipers must worship in the Spirit and in truth.”

Scripture
Train up a child in the way he should go, and when he is old, he will not depart from it - Proverbs 22:6 KJV

Purpose
Our mission is to develop great leaders that become productive for themselves, their family and their communities. It is the desire of the youth ministry Co-chairs to help the youths to understand the full potential of their spiritual gifts and talents; hoping that it leads to spiritual maturity and inner peace. Having the mindset that fear is the enemy and that faith produces perseverance. We want the children to understand that they are the hope for the future of this nation. We plan to cultivate a community of faith that labors in love and operates in the spirit of truth.

To exemplify the reflection of God’s unconditional love, and ultimately to become replicas and ambassadors for Christ without shame or prejudice. We believe it is the responsibility of the ministry to provide an uplifting transformative environment where every one of our youths have a sense of purpose and a need to serve. For the perfecting of the saints for the work of ministry, for the edifying of the body of Christ: 13 Till we all come in the unity of the faith and of the knowledge of the Son of God, unto the measure of the stature of the fulness of Christ: Ephesians 4:12-13

How good and pleasant it is when God’s people live together in unity!
