Instructions for Transcripts & Letters of Recommendation Submissions

Submit your requests for letters of recommendation

  1. The individuals and/or institutions should complete the form, upload the applicable letter and/or transcript, and submit.

  2. An acknowledgment of each submission will be provided by Macedonia Baptist Church to the third party and the applicant.

  3. Applicants should copy and share the link in the address bar and share it with recommending individuals and/or institutions.
